Heritage Healthcare Services was founded
by Gerry and
Shirley Hainse as the result of a very personal experience
that demonstrated a clear need for quality housekeeping and maintenance
services in long term care. The belief that elders deserve a clean
comfortable home continues to be the driving force behind the work that
we do. Our unmatched level of customer care and responsiveness is a
reflection of our mission that began as and remains today, one based on
our commitment to caring for the needs of the residents and
organizations that we serve.
It is this commitment that
demanded that Heritage’s President Brian Hainse led the charge toward
the next logical step in healthcare cleaning. Our obligation to social
responsibility dictates that we provide not only the highest standard of
cleanliness, but that we also provide the healthiest possible
environment for our clients, their residents, staff and our own
associates.
These core values led to the development of the Heritage Green Cleaning
system that was implemented in January of 2006 (services). This
comprehensive program not only improves the health potential of the
indoor environment of our clients’ facilities, it also reduces our
negative impact on the environment as a whole. Through the use of
recyclable products and packaging, automated dispensing systems and
technology that reduces water and energy consumption, we significantly
reduce our environmental footprint.
